BUBBLES

Villa Jolanda Prosecco

Villa Jolanda Prosecco is a light and refreshing sparkling wine from Italy. It has a pale straw color with a light, delicate mousse. On the nose, it has aromas of white flowers, green apples, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is light and crisp with flavors of green apples, white peaches, and a hint of honey. The finish is clean and refreshing with a hint of minerality.

Vueve Ambal Cremant De Bourgogne

A refined sparkling from Burgandy, crafted in the traditional champagne method. Made from the Chardonnay grapes, it shows delicate hints of brioche, fine persistent bubbles and a crisp elegant finish. Perfect as an aperitif.

Taittinger Cuvee Prestige

Taittinger Cuvée Prestige is an elegant and delicate non-vintage Champagne with a brilliant golden yellow color and fine bubbles. Its expressive nose features fruity notes like peach, along with floral hints of hawthorn and acacia, and the distinctive aroma of vanilla pod and brioche. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of fresh fruit and honey flavors, creating a fresh and lively experience with a delicate structure and a pleasant softness.

Louis Roederer

The 245th blend is based on the 2020 vintage, blended with a perpetual reserve to build texture and complexity. There's a lovely golden yellow hue. Persistent lively bubbles. Bouquet of yellow fruits (nectarine) and ripe, concentrated citrus (lemon) complemented by sweet notes of petals, pollen, sugared almonds and wheat.

Vueve Clicquot

The wine is characterized by a brilliant golden yellow colour and a fine, persistent effervescence. Yellow Label Brut cuvée reveals an aromatic profile dominated by notes of white and yellow fruits like pear, apple, and peach. Hints of citrus fruits like mandarin and grapefruit blend harmoniously with gourmand aromas of brioche.

Louis Roederer Champagne Vintage Rosé

The wine has fruity aromas of wild red berries, followed by floral notes, and the sugary and spicy fragrance of zest; and the aromas of dried fruit and cocoa result from the wine’s vinifying in oak tuns. Rich and full-bodied, the Rosé Vintage exalts the maturity of the fruit. A sparkling wine with an initial impression of freshness, it opens smoothly with almost exotic notes, combined with the pure minerality of the Chardonnay grapes.

Mr Riggs Outpost Cabernet Sauvignon

The Outpost is sourced from the Wetherall vineyards located in the heart of the Coonawarra wine region. A soft, flavoursome and well-balanced cabernet with fine grained tannins on the finish. With a black currant and dark berry flavour, it ends to an elegant finish.

Elderton Merlot

Elderton Merlot is a medium-bodied, supple wine from the Barossa Valley with a deep crimson color and notes of red and black fruits like cherry, plum, and blackberry. It often has spicy, earthy, and toasty undertones, with a velvety texture and smooth, balanced tannins. The palate features rich fruit flavours complemented by hints of chocolate, spice, and leafy herbs.

Mcnicol Shiraz

This is a powerful yet complex red wine from Australia's Clare Valley, known for its dark fruit flavours like blackberry and plum, balanced with notes of dark chocolate, spice, and smoky oak. It features a deep colour, firm but well-integrated tannins, and a long, complex finish that can evolve with age. Due to its extended maturation process, it also develops savoury secondary characteristics such as leather, dried herbs, and earthy notes.

Louis Jadot Beaujolais Villages

Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages is a delicate, fresh, and easy-drinking red wine with juicy plummy, raspberry, and cherry fruit flavors and soft tannins. It is best served slightly chilled to enhance its fruit and freshness, and it pairs well with a variety of lighter foods like deli meats, pasta, chicken, and mild cheeses. Its long maceration gives it enough structure for some medium-term aging.

Cape Landing Blackwood Cabernet Sauvignon

The Blackwood Cab Sav from Cape Landing is a full-bodied red wine from Margaret River, Australia, with a complex bouquet of dark fruit like blackcurrant and black cherry, often with savoury notes of black olive, sage, and cocoa. It features firm but polished tannins, a harmonious palate with a creamy texture, and a lasting finish with hints of minerality, oak, and spices like allspice. The 2020 vintage, for example, was aged for 16 months in French oak, giving it an opulent, velvet-like feel.

Wirra Wirra Chook Block Shiraz

This is a polished red wine from McLaren Vale, featuring a rich and complex profile of dark fruit like satsuma plum, blackberry, and cherry, with notes of dark chocolate, anise, and spice. It is known for its full-bodied, yet balanced palate with concentrated fruit, fine, powdery tannins, and a long, savory, and warm finish. The wine is made from a single, biodynamically farmed vineyard block planted in 1960 and is only released in top vintages.

Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz

This premium red is a single-vineyard shiraz from the Eden Valley known for its deep crimson colour and complex aromas of dark fruits like blackberry and plum, interwoven with spicy notes of black pepper, sage, and bay leaf. The palate is rich and full-bodied, showcasing layered fruit flavors and herbal complexities, with elegant acidity and long, fine, velvety tannins that provide a structured, elegant finish.

Henschke Hill of Roses Shiraz

Henschke Hill of Roses Shiraz is a deep, ruby-colored Shiraz from a single block at the Hill of Grace vineyard in Eden Valley, described as a luxurious and complex wine with aromas of blackberry, plum, and spices like anise and rosemary. The palate features concentrated dark fruit flavors, complemented by notes of pepper, nutmeg, and herbs, with fine, velvety tannins and elegant acidity providing a long, persistent finish. The wine is aged in seasoned French oak to allow the fruit and spice to shine.

Henschke Hill of Grace

The Hill of Grace is a world-renowned, 100% Australian Shiraz from ancient vines, celebrated for its powerful yet elegant profile, remarkable aging potential, and complex aromas and flavours. It exhibits a harmonious blend of dark and red fruits, complemented by savoury notes of spice, earth, and graphite, all supported by fine, silky tannins that lead to a long, seamless finish. The wine is a true icon of Australian winemaking, rooted in a historic single vineyard in South Australia's Eden Valley.

Cape Landing Rose

The Cape Landing Rosé is a vibrant, fruity, and dry wine from Margaret River, Australia, primarily made from 100% Syrah. It is salmon-colored and features aromas of cherry blossoms and citrus, with tasting notes of pink grapefruit, cherry, and a hint of cranberry on the palate, finishing with a mineral complexity and a good length. The wine is praised for its balance of natural acidity and tannins, making it versatile for casual entertaining and food pairings, like fresh gazpacho.

This Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, complex wine with a blend of stone fruit, citrus, and tropical notes. Descriptions often highlight a balance of refreshing acidity with creamy French oak influences, resulting in layers of flavor like pear, lime, guava, and melon, often with a mineral or nutty finish.

The Other Wine Co. Pinot Gris

The Other Wine Co. Pinot Gris is a light, textured white wine from the Adelaide Hills with prominent notes of pear, apple, and citrus blossom. It is known for its balance of fresh fruit flavors, lively acidity, and a savory, slightly pithy finish with hints of spice and almond. The wine is fermented on solids in a mix of oak and stainless steel and aged on lees, giving it complexity.

Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc

The vineyards are planted to varieties that perform particularly well in the region of Adelaide Hills. This Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic, fresh and lively. A very delicate and crisp wine with a refreshing finish of tropical and citrus notes.

Jericho Fiano

The Jericho Fiano is a crisp, textural white wine from the Adelaide Hills that features vibrant tropical and stone fruit flavors, with citrus, floral, and nutty notes, and a refreshing mineral finish. It balances fresh acidity with a creamy mouthfeel from being aged on its lees, making it a versatile and food-friendly choice.

Cape Landing Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is a complex, layered white wine from Margaret River, Australia, featuring aromas and flavours of stone fruit like peach and apricot, citrus notes such as lime and lemon zest, and nutty hints from creamy French oak and shaved almonds. Reviewers note its natural acidity, often balanced by a creamy, structured mouthfeel, and mention it is often compared to an "artist's palette" due to its complexity. Depending on the specific bottling (like Blackwood or Reserve), descriptions highlight either a more linear, mineral-driven profile or a richer, more sensual experience with notes of fig and spice.
